Robert Fletcher is a senior consultant with 30 years of federal experience in the emergency management practice area, including directing the HQ US Army Corps of Engineers Readiness Program, the HQ FEMA Federal Response Division and the State and Local Preparedness Division. Following his career Senior Executive Service at FEMA Headquarters, he founded Readiness Consulting Services, LLC, providing support to government and private sector organizations in the emergency management and homeland security practice area. Mr. Fletcher led the design and development of the Emergency Management Standard and Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP), an ANSI approved standard development organization. He also has served on the Technical Committee for EMAP and NFPA 1600 Standard for Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs.
