Emilee is a Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) and licensed Respiratory Therapist with over a decade of experience in private corrections. Emilee has embarked on a journey of professional growth and advancement across various roles, including Correctional Officer, Compliance Manager, and Proposal Manager. Emilee is deeply committed to providing support and assistance to victims of crisis situations, utilizing her expertise as a certified Victim Advocate and FBI training in Crisis Negotiation to provide invaluable assistance to local agencies upon need.

Her expertise was officially recognized by the Department of Justice in 2014 when she received certification as a PREA auditor. She has since conducted audits and provided technical assistance for both public and private municipalities and agencies across the nation. In July 2022, she joined Advanced Correctional Healthcare as a Proposal Writer, where she has since continued to share her wealth of knowledge and skills with the team.
