Bio
Todd Davis, CJE, NCCE
A former major with the Alamance County, North Carolina sheriff’s office, Todd brings 34 years of experience in the detention and law enforcement profession. Todd currently is employed as Vice President of Moseley Architects where he serves as the Justice Sector Leader, and member of the firm’s board of directors.
Todd holds certifications as a certified instructor for corrections and detention through the North Carlina Justice Academy, Certified Jail Executive (CJE) through the National Sheriffs’ Association, and a National Certified Corrections Executive (NCCE) with the National Institute for Jail Operations. Advanced Detention Officer Certification with NC Sheriff's Education and Training Standards Division. Todd is also a member of the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office reserve unit.
Throughout his career, Todd has assisted numerous detention facilities with facility assessments, planning, design projects, and transitions, and has presented in over 30 states across the country on jail issues.
